Get ready to put your boat-building skills to the test and craft your very own dinghy using cardboard. Then, follow the treasure map to explore our galleries, solve the clues, and earn a sailboat patch to mark your success.

Ted Ashby Sailings

Tue – Sun, 11:30am & 1:30pm | From $15 per child

Get out on the water this summer and book a journey aboard the Maritime Museum’s iconic sailing boat Ted Ashby. Help hoist the sails, then relax and enjoy an hour-long cruise on the sparkling Waitematā Harbour.
