DESCRIPTION:FREE these school holidays! \nJoin us outside Space Place to make a bottle rocket\, then send it soaring! \nSpace Place is excited to celebrate Space Week with a FREE rocket activity for all whānau these school holidays. We’ll be sending water rockets and pump rockets into the atmosphere. \nHead inside Space Place to build and decorate your rocket at the craft table\, then take it to the grass outside to the launch pad and drop zone. \nWe will have some bottles on-hand\, but feel free to bring your own empty 1.5L softdrink bottles. \nNo bookings required\, donations appreciated. \nWeather dependent\, with Sunday 5th October as a wet-weather backup. \nSaturday 4th October (backup date Sunday 5th October) | 10am–4pm | outside Space Place
