DESCRIPTION:King size your weekend in Tauranga City Centre! \nGet ready for a royal weekend full of fun. We’re celebrating the King’s Birthday with free activities for all ages from Friday\, 30 May – Monday\, 2 June at Tauranga waterfront. \nMini Golf\, 9am-4pm daily \nCurling\, 9am-4pm daily \nFace Painting\, 10am-3pm daily \nChallenge your mates or gather the family and head along for 12 fun and challenging mini golf holes and 2 curling lanes. There’s also free face painting every day between 10am and 3pm. \nNo booking necessary\, just turn up\, grab a score card and play! Never played curling before? No problem\, we’ll explain the rules to your group before you start. It’s a unique activity for all ages\, cool to play AND watch. \nDon’t let a little drizzle put you off\, we’ll be ‘play on’ in the rain\, and will only be called off if rain becomes torrential and conditions are unsafe. \nMini golf rules: \n\nLast check in 30 minutes before closing\nMaximum 6 people per group\nKids under 16 must be supervised by an adult\nDo not swing the putter above the knee\nNo food and drink on the course\nNo dirty shoes or high heels on the course\nOperator not liable for any damage/loss\nOperator has the right to refuse people\n\nCurling rules: \n\nMaximum of 4 players per team\nMake sure you slide the stones (don’t throw)\nNo shoes on the curling lanes.
