Ballet is a disciplined dance form\, and is one of the world’s most popular dance genres. Ballet dancers are renowned for their grace\, flexibility and athleticism. 
Empire trends towards a more modern ballet approach\, mixing modern and contemporary dance with classical ballet & dance technique. \n  \nContemporary Dance is interpretive dance that embraces innovation\, blending techniques from various genres\, including ballet\, jazz\, modern dance\, lyrical\, as well as the use of devices such as spoken word\, multi-media\, soundscapes\, that all play a role in the act of physical storytelling. The fusion of the two means our students can experience and develop thebest of these worlds.
