THE CITY PARK WITHOUT THE CITY FEEL…
Just 15km from central Wellington, we are close enough to be near the action but far away enough to offer a peaceful retreat and spacious grounds for families, couples, business guests and all sized groups. There is plenty of parking, public transport is just minutes away and we can arrange shuttles to suit all requirements.
Wellington Top 10 Holiday Park is a family owned and operated business with loads of industry experience. We value the Kiwi ‘down to earth’ attitude and alongside our sense of fun, you’ll see this reflected in the way we operate our park.
We have a wealth of accommodation to suit all needs and budgets; camping sites, powered sites, basic bunk cabins, kitchen cabins, self-contained units and motel units. Our friendly staff are always more than happy to assist you in figuring out what option will work best for you, just call or email to enquire. Our office is open daily from 8am to 9pm.
The Wellington region has so much to offer you. Being the capital city of New Zealand it is a very busy place both with sports events, culture, art, great shopping, wonderful dining and cafes, politics and day to day living of its diverse population. It’s an artistic hub and hosts some of the best art galleries and museums in the country. Many of our biggest sporting events happen here in the nation’s capital and you can regularly attend sporting events at the range of world class venues the city has on offer.
In the Lower Hutt area you’ll find loads of walking and cycling trails including the start of the Rimutaka Cycle Trail. We’re right next door to Junglerama (an indoor adventure playground) and Hutt Sports Centre and only a few minutes’ drive from local indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We’re a good starting point for visiting local attractions such as Staglands Wildlife Reserve (Upper Hutt), Zealandia Wildlife Santuary (Wellington) and Wellington Zoo (Wellington City). Petone Settler’s Museum is just a few minutes’ drive away and Wellington’s wonderful Te Papa Tongarewa Museum (the Museum of New Zealand) is open daily.
